Alexey Romanov

Moscow State Law University named after O.E. Kutafin (bachelor's and master's degrees in Corporate Law).

For over 5 years, Alexey has been supporting the commercial activities of companies in Russia and the UAE at all stages: from creation to reorganization and liquidation, and also preparing corporate documents and agreements.

Before joining the Versus.UAE team, Alexey worked in the UAE division of the international consulting company Tenet Consulting, founded by former Big4 (KPMG) employees, where he dealt with tax and corporate issues, processing resident visas and opening bank accounts.
