Alina Davletshina

Saint Petersburg State University, Faculty of Law (bachelor's and master's degrees in Civil Law), University of the Pacific (CA, USA) — LL.M. degree, specialization in Transnational Business Practice (with honors).

Alina specializes in supporting the launch of technology products and projects in foreign markets, including obtaining licenses, supporting publishing and investment transactions.

In terms of IP/IT projects, her main experience includes comprehensive protection of objects, preparation of a strategy for improving the intellectual property management process, structuring international technology transfer, analysis and drafting of contracts.

Alina has extensive experience in developing a strategy for the protection of personal data in accordance with Russian legislation and the GDPR, including risk analysis and preparation of recommendations for their minimization, preparation of a package of necessary documents for compliance with the law.

Alina has over 10 years of experience in international consulting Big 4 and other consulting companies, as well as experience as the head of the legal department of a fintech holding with 18 legal entities.

Alina is a Certified Information Protection Professional and GDPR (CIPP/E) and a member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
