Has special expertise in creating non-standard structures of complex contractual relations for international groups of IT companies for the purposes of alienation, licensing, creation and management of intellectual property across several countries and regions.

Anton provides legal support for the launch of large international media, gaming and crypto services, which includes the selection of suitable jurisdictions together with the client, the development of a roadmap and subsequent support and preparation of all necessary documents required for a full-fledged wolrdwide launch.
Anton also helps clients with compliance with personal data laws: he develops a full set of documents, including those within the framework of GDPR regulation, consults on cross-border data transfers and response to data security incidents.
Before joining the Versus.UAE team, Anton worked at a large Russian law firm, where he consulted international technology, gaming and media companies.
