Ivan Kaisarov

Law Faculty of Saint Petersburg State University (bachelor's, master's and postgraduate studies). Currently working on a PhD dissertation.

Ivan has over 11 years of experience in the legal profession, including over 8 years in a Big Four company and an international law firm. He has extensive experience in advising international and Russian companies. Ivan speaks and writes fluently in English. Ivan is a patent attorney #2265 specializing in Trademarks and Service Marks. He is a frequent speaker at VERSUS.legal internal events, as well as at other seminars and forums on a wide range of legal issues. In particular, Ivan is a lecturer at the M-STYLE training center. Ivan also frequently gives comments in current legal publications, writes legal notes and is one of the authors of the book “Advisory Boards in Medium-Sized Companies”, published by De Gruyter in 2021.

Ivan has many years of experience specializing in intellectual property and data protection matters, and also has significant experience in corporate and commercial law. Ivan has experience in conducting complex legal analyses, as well as building complex contractual structures.
