Nazar Volkov

Nazar specializes in legal and tax support for IT business and intellectual property. His areas of expertise include issues of IP rights concentration in companies, support for software transactions, and tax planning for international groups of IT companies.

One of Nazar's key specializations is full support for software registrations in the Russian Software Registry of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media - from assessing the risks of registration refusal to receiving registration confirmation.

Nazar has experience in removing clone games from various digital platforms that unfairly compete with the original games of the developers.

Before joining the Versus.legal and FUTURA digital teams, Nazar had experience working at Big4 (Ernst&Young), where he consulted international companies on indirect taxation in the e-services sector.
