Sergey specializes in legal support for businesses in the UAE and other GCC jurisdictions, including business structuring and development of business launch strategies, company formation and liquidation, compliance with local legislation, and tax consulting. Sergey advises large Russian and international companies, investment funds, and private clients on matters of operating in the UAE and other foreign jurisdictions.
