Our international journey began in 2016 with the founding of the law firm Versus.legal.
From the outset, the company focused on providing comprehensive support for international projects across the CIS, Europe, the US, and the Middle East, serving clients from various industries.
The company’s rapid growth and the strengthening of our team’s expertise allowed us to establish ourselves as a significant player in international consulting within the first few years. The value of our expertise has been validated by leading global rankings and international colleagues.
In 2022, we opened our first international office in Dubai, marking the launch of the Versus.UAE division. This was a natural step in our strategic development, with a growing number of our clients based in the UAE. Key founding partners and part of our team relocated to Dubai to ensure high-quality service and client support on the ground.

Over the years of operating in the UAE and MENA countries, we have successfully completed hundreds of projects covering a wide range of legal and consulting services.

Asian market entry
We plan to open an office in Hong Kong within the next year. This will allow us to establish a local presence in Asia and provide high-quality services to our clients on the ground.
