Ivan registers and supports companies in the UAE, in particular, interacts with clients, prepares and prepares documents on registering companies, issuing resident visas, licenses, opening bank accounts and providing related services.

Prior to joining the Versus.UAE team, Ivan registered and supported companies in the UAE, and, as a lawyer, supported the commercial activities of a real estate investment fund management company and a development company for the construction and operation of shopping centers in southern Moscow.
