Stage 1

Leave a request for a consultation

We will analyze your business model and goals, select a location for company registration (Mainland or one of the SEZs), organizational and legal form (Limited Liability Company, Joint Stock Company, etc.). Then we will help collect the necessary package of documents to apply for company registration.

Stage 2

Obtaining a license from the Ministry of Investment of Saudi Arabia (MISA) 

We will help you collect the documents necessary for the start and determine the parameters of the future company. Our specialists will prepare and submit an application to MISA. We will communicate with MISA until the process is completed.

Stage 3

Company name reservation

We will help you choose a company name and reserve it with the Ministry of Commerce (MoC).

Stage 4

Preparation of constituent documents and their certification

Stage 5

Registering with MoC and obtaining Commercial Registration

Stage 6 

Registration with the Chamber of Commerce, the Ministry of Labour and the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI)

Stage 7

Tax registration and connection to electronic systems

Stage 8

Obtain a residence visa (IQAMA) for the company's director and employment of employees
