Our international history begins in 2016, when the law firm Versus.legal was founded.
Since its foundation, the company has focused on comprehensive support of international projects in the CIS countries, Europe, the USA and the Middle East for clients from various industries.
The rapid growth of the company and strengthening of the team's competencies allowed us to declare ourselves as a significant international consulting already in the first years of work. The value of our expertise was confirmed by leading international ratings and colleagues abroad.
In 2022, we opened our first international office in Dubai, and the international direction of Versus.UAE was born. This was a logical step in the framework of strategic development and the presence of a significant number of our clients in the UAE. Key founding partners and part of our team moved to Dubai to ensure quality service and customer support on site.

Our plans
We are committed to a long-term presence in the UAE and intend to significantly expand our team in the near future.
We are already implementing projects in neighboring countries of the Middle East: Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and we plan to expand our activities further.
We are planning to open an office in Hong Kong in the coming year. This will allow us to become local representatives in Asia and provide quality services to our clients locally.
