Analyzed the game content and assessed risks in accordance with various age ratings (PEGI, ESRB, etc.). Prepared detailed recommendations to prevent the game from being assigned the "adult" status. The recommendations helped the client maintain a marketing strategy for its usual audience.

We analyzed the legislation of key jurisdictions, including the requirements of the European GDPR and local UAE legislation in the field of personal data, assessing their impact on the content of the documents. We took into account the presence of Play-to-Own and Compete-to-Earn mechanics and how it affects game processes and the game economy. We analyzed how NFT generation, NFT transactions and NFT ungeneration back into the character affect the account of a specific user and their rights and obligations. We selected the most favorable applicable law for the company and jurisdiction in disputes with users. The documents (Privacy Policy and Terms of Use) are prepared taking into account the requirements of the UAE, since the operator of personal data and the copyright holder of the game is a company registered in the UAE.

Prepared a tax burden forecast for two interdependent companies - a holding and an operating one, in which we assessed the tax consequences of different ways of structuring a business and setting up cash flows. Prepared a map for minimizing tax risks and risks of losing corporate control. Based on the analysis results, we prepared a set of contractual instruments for protecting investor interests (options, SHA, changes to the Charter).

Selected domains that were potentially of great importance to the client's business and its business objectives, developed a strategy for obtaining rights to the selected domains, developed and filed a quasi-judicial application to the DDRP, in which the client's right to the domains was substantiated. The rights to both domains that the client was interested in were transferred to him.
