Application for a visa to the Dubai Land Department is done online.

Medical examination

Undergoing a medical examination and submitting biometric data

Getting a visa and Emirates ID

Once the application is approved, a residence visa is issued and an Emirates ID is issued.

The minimum value of the property must be AED 2,000,000

It is possible to have several objects with a total value of at least AED 2,000,000

Joint ownership of property is permitted

The applicant's share must be at least AED 2,000,000.

The applicant must be located in the UAE

The applicant's details in the certificate of title must match the details in the passport.

• Copy of passport (must be valid for more than 6 months);
• Visa and Emirates ID (if available);
• Photograph in accordance with government requirements;
• Medical insurance.
