To obtain a freelance visa in the UAE, you must register in one of the free zones as a freelancer and confirm your professional experience and type of activity. Pensioner's visa

To obtain a UAE pensioner visa, you must meet several conditions: be over 55 years old, and also one of the following conditions: monthly passive income of 5 thousand USD / own real estate in the country worth at least 1 million AED / savings of at least 1 million AED.
